Remember you well in the Chelsea Hotel - RIP Stanley

Very sad to hear about the passing of Stanley Bard, long time manager of the Chelsea Hotel where I was lucky enough to live for three years before it's tumultuous end. He was the soul of the hotel and a legend in his own right and I'm forever privileged to have know him and called him a friend. I have several Stanley stories of my own, all going into my next book, The Last Chelsea Girl, which I'm currently writing. He may be gone, but he won't be forgotten.
